Homework

 

 

ABC packets were sent home at "Back to School Night". Families need to review the letters saying the "whole story" ex: Aa, apple, /a/.   

​

Book reports are due the last day of each month. However,  if it is complete send it in!

​

Students need to review word rings. Sight words should be automatic, not sounded out.

  

Number identification should include numbers 0-5. Children should practice counting. 1-100 is our June goal. 

​

​

Whenever possible have children practice their writing. Encourage them to write for differnt reasons. Have them write to their grandparents or make a grocery list for you. 

​

Five minutes of  daily practice is better than a whole hour just one day.

​
